What the hell :(

I got this game after really like dinosaurs and I was enjoying the game I got to lvl 13 and took a break for a second I came back and found that all of my data got erased and I didnt even touch my phone Im very sad and angry that I lost my dat and Im not getting this again its a great game but something like this just ruins the fun
