Problem

I was at level 28 about to be level 29 and I lost my progress. Started me at level 6. And then the DNA we need that to buy the dinosaurs but the game and the developers made it where you have to buy the packs to earn the DNA and that is not always guaranteed either. Please give us a mining tool to get the DNA. Instead of selling our dinosaurs that are maxed out to get them. And I put money into this game and I basically lost that I think I should be reimbursed for the inconvenience. I put a lot of time in to the game and lost it all now I have to start from the beginning. Which is not right please fix and reimburse me so I can get my Dinos back please. And then I will gladly rate 5 stars
